After 30 years in Joplin the Jenny Craig store will be closing. We appreciate all your years of you coming to Jenny. Saturday the 22nd is the last day. We still have your favorite food to sell.
After that please use our Roger AR, Springfield MO location or we can ship it to you from our Noman OK location.

🏋️ Working out doesn't have to take up an hour of your day! With a great workout program allows you to get a quick, yet intense workout done in as little as 12 minutes.

This type of workout involves exercising for a short period of time at a high intensity, usually in intervals. EX:
walk for 1 minute
run for 30 seconds
(repeat multiple times)

squat for 30 seconds
rest of 15 seconds
burpees for 30 seconds
(repeat multiple times)
