4 States Yoga I'm Melissa Crowder, and I teach Yoga in Joplin, MO. I have been teaching since 2010 and practicing since 2006. No membership required.

I am certified and experienced teaching Kundalini Yoga and Gong Meditation, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Chair Yoga and Sound Healing. The first yoga studio in downtown Joplin open to the entire community for all levels. Offering different styles of yoga: power, vinyasa, ashtanga, hot, gentle flow, yin (deep stretching), and restorative. Teachers 200HR certified, 200HR Teacher-in-training, or Bikram ce

Next week I'm starting a yoga class. Gentle Yoga with Breathwork, at McNab Wellness, in Joplin.
Please join me Thursday mornings, 9:15am at McNab Wellness Center, 2650 E. 32nd Stret, inside Creekside Plaza.
This class will focus on movement, core strengthening and gentle breathwork. I'm excited to see some old friends and make some new friends.

Cosmic Vibrations Sound Healing with Melissa Crowder and Bonita Goodall! We invite you to join us for an hour of relaxation and vibrational attunement. We'll start with a short meditation and then play our instruments for about 45 minutes. This vibrational sound bath will make you feel good. We'll have groovy lights and cbd samples to enjoy.
