Pet Emergency Education is very pleased to welcome Jessi Medeiros to our instructor team. Jessi is a Registered Veterinary Technician with 13 years of
experience in veterinary medicine. Beginning her career in
2007 as a veterinary assistant and graduating from
Crowder College in 2012 with an Associate of Applied
Science in Veterinary Technology. In 2015, she earned her
bachelor’s degree in health sciences from the University of
Missouri. She spent six years as Lead Veterinary Technician
and seven years as Manager of Operations at Academy
Animal Hospital in Joplin, Missouri, where she continues to
reside. Jessi has a special interest in emergency medicine
and teaching, with a passion for educating pet owners and
professionals on lifesaving skills. Outside of work, she has
been married for 17 years, has two children, two Australian
Shepherds, and two cats. In her free time she enjoys crafting and photography. Welcome to the team, Jessi!
