I'm thrilled to introduce our new Head Chef, Steven McDougal, who joins us at Valleyview Assisted Living in Jordan. With a dynamic culinary background and a wealth of experience in various culinary capacities, Chef McDougal is set to make a significant impact on our culinary offerings.

In his previous roles, Chef McDougal showcased his exceptional talents at distinguished establishments like The Steakhouse and Lodge in Hayward, WI, That's Amore Trattoria in Seattle, WA, and The Dana Place Inn in Jackson, NH. With expertise ranging from cooking to order and menu development to cost analysis and kitchen management, Chef McDougal's diverse skill set aligns perfectly with our commitment to excellence.

At Valleyview Assisted Living, Steven has embarked on an exciting journey to elevate our culinary program to new heights. His focus centers on transforming our kitchen into a scratch kitchen, emphasizing the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients. This approach will not only enhance the flavors and quality of our dishes but also align with our commitment to providing the best dining experiences for our residents.
