I had the amazing opportunity to teach and learn and share with 20 other delightful beings in the forest in CA. I have been attending this training for many years and teaching at it for the last few years. The healing I have experienced and also witnessed among these trees has truly changed my life! This year I taught yoga in these forest and was delighted that the participants were so willing to connect to themselves at such a subtle level. One participant said the practice was delicious. I was so grateful she shared her thoughts. I am also thankful for others who took pictures! I don’t think I took one! (Gotta love my warm socks…warmth over fashion!)

So grateful to have a full house today for restorative yoga and sound bath!!!

Hi! I just returned from teaching yoga in the forest of CA last night after the storms! I am excited to teach yoga tonight (Tuesday) at 6:00pm! There are also a couple of spots left for the restorative yoga and sound bath on Saturday morning at 9:00 am but remember to pre register and pay to secure your spot for Saturday! Today is our last day of Reiki/Energy Work training. It has been so powerful to do this training in the mountains of Colorado and to watch the new Reiki attuned participants go out to this magnificent land and give Reiki to the flowers, trees, house, pets and many living creatures around us. “Lokah samastah sukhino bhavantu" which is a Sanskrit mantra that translates to "May all beings everywhere be happy and free."

I am visiting Colorado for a little while and offering Reiki and Energy Work Training here in the Boulder area at the end of the week. This morning I took a walk and enjoyed the beauty that I was surrounded by! The spring flowers, the majestic mountain I was on and the rocks have much to teach us. The spring flowers are in full bloom! Their stay is short but they bring such beauty, delight, and enjoyment for their short time here. What a metaphor for the circle of life that each of us experience.
