Cancellation & No-Show Policy
As a full-time business, it’s important that we protect both our time and livelihood. We truly hope clients understand the frustration and impact that last-minute cancellations and no-shows can have on a small business.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

❌ No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged a $50 fee for the reserved time, and future appointments cannot be scheduled until that fee is paid.

📞 A quick call or text allows us to offer your time to another client who may be waiting. Our time is valuable, and so is yours.
