I just finished my yearly Hope to Heal Cleanse, I feel amazing at 66, no meds or hormones. I have abundant energy, vitality, great memory, sound sleep and a strong immune system. The Hope to Heal Cleanse is based on the cleanse that saved my life at 19. I gathered education over decades. In 2007 I created a wellness retreat program with 14 holistic treatments and the Hope to Heal raw juice cleanse that has been sold out for 17 years, no marketing, just word of mouth. I will continue to give Hope to Heal and teach the lifestyle that is the cure. ❤

Have table will travel. I love to meet new people and give Hope to Heal. What an epic Winter for ski/work trips between the Health transformations at Windspirit Wellness Retreats in Joseph Oregon. I have been offering Wellness Retreats for 17 years, sold out, no marketing, how? because of the proven results. I am living proof of the philosophy, walking the talk, at 66, no meds, no hormones, no pain, no symptoms, sleep is long and deep, energy levels high and clarity of mind/memory. I have immense gratitude being a doctor/ healer and educator in the age of modern medicine where science has proven all modalities of medicine. Combining medicines is the secret to getting results. The best testimonial of my career came with the visit to the cardiologist. He exclaimed your tests are so good I would like to refer some patients to you! At 65 my blood tests, EKG, heart, lungs and consult passed with gold stars! No medications and no hormones! he also said..I have no idea how you are walking! haha. I am ready for this Hip surgery! To prepare I just finished the Hope to Heal Cleanse and a personal Windspirit Wellness Retreat with my colleague Lisa Armstrong-Roepke . We feel Fantastic!
