Hello - My name is Dhyana and I'm retired sound healer from Joshua Tree, CA. I created this group to share what I know about the healing powers of pure tones and to learn from other people's experiences.

In all my years practicing sound healing I never found anything more powerful than pure tones. I don't exactly know why that is, but my feeling is that the power of sound is in the vibrational frequencies they produce and pure tones are their most distilled form. Science also shows that certain pure tones have amazing restorative properties and can even change DNA.

This is a place to discuss tone therapy, share favorites sounds and links to relevant studies, personal experiences and anything else related to pure tone therapy.
