I had a moment recently sitting in a room of women who are doing very well for themselves.
Not just in business, but in how they hold themselves.
And it wasn’t loud.
It was in the way they spoke without rushing.
The way they didn’t over-explain.
The way their presence alone moved things.
You could feel it, these are women who know they’re taken care of.
Women who make serious money, lead fully, and aren’t available for chaos, urgency, or proving anything.
And I left thinking…this is the standard.
Not the grind or the constant push.
But wealth that comes from clarity, self-trust, and actually owning what’s yours.
Where your work feels like a reflection of you, not something you’re constantly trying to keep up with.
Where you move fast when it’s time, and you’re grounded enough to stop when it’s not.
Where being powerful doesn’t mean being disconnected, it means being deeply expressed, precise, and intentional.
That’s the room I’m interested in, the kind of women I’m building alongside.
And it’s what these cacao gatherings have quietly become.
Not a place to “grow” or “heal” or figure yourself out.
A place to be in the presence of women who already move at that level and to meet yourself there.
We’re sitting together April 15th from 6–8pm, and again May 20th, a monthly gathering around cacao to raise the standard.
If you feel this, you already know what to do.
