If you’re waking up tired, needing caffeine to get through the day, or crashing mid-afternoon — that’s not just “busy life.”

Fatigue is a message from your body. In functional medicine, we investigate what it’s trying to say:
• Low thyroid function or poor T4 → T3 conversion
• Adrenal dysregulation (stress and cortisol imbalance)

🤔 Did you know, low Vitamin D often triggers or worsens B12 deficiency over time.
Just one or two of the following symptoms could be a warning sign...even if labs are “normal” to feel your best, your B12 should be 600-900pg/mL & Vitamin D should be between 60-90.

📈When we look at your labs, we analyze them collectively to help with what is currently going on with your body, as well as look for clues into what it is trending towards to ensure you don’t start having additional symptoms and feeling even worse.

Low Vitamin D symptoms:

Persistent fatigue or low energy
Muscle weakness or achiness
Joint pain, especially in hips, knees, or lower back
Low mood, anxiety, or seasonal depression
Frequent illness, poor immune response
Slow wound healing
Hair loss or thinning
Brain fog or poor focus
Low calcium absorption → brittle nails or teeth

Low B12 symptoms:

Extreme fatigue or weakness
