The ideal candidate will be a friendly, detail-oriented individual with general repair knowledge in areas such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our senior residents. In this role, your technical skills will directly contribute to the well-being and happiness of the seniors we serve.
