Beginning January 9, 2026, in conjunction with the New Year, we will be introducing a Friday morning walking class. This engaging class involves walking indoors, in place, and incorporating movement to all parts of the body. The class will take place from 9:00-10:00 am on Friday mornings until Spring. Please contact us if you are interested in participating in this fun way of getting your steps in!
