This combined with our Core Model Therapy approach, Canine Therapy, Exercise Therapy, and Adventure Therapy make us national leaders in our field.

Capstone Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young men 18-28 and teenage boys 14-17 with a wide range of mental health struggles, compulsions, addictions, self destructive behaviors, and more. Our therapy staff all complete specialized training to become credentialed as CSAT (Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist), EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and CTT (Certified Trauma Therapist). We are licensed through Arkansas DBHS (http://humanservices.arkansas.gov/dbhs/Pages/dbhs_services.aspx), accredited through CARF (http://www.carf.org/providerProfile.aspx?cid=244538), and are members of NAATP (https://www.naatp.org/facility/capstone-treatment-center/). The 2025 Capstone Family Reunion brought 60 alumni families together for a weekend to reconnect, pour into one another, and celebrate. 🐾

We look forward to reunion every year because it is a time where all of our Capstone Wellness teams come together to rally around the families we’ve walked with on their healing journey. It’s a weekend we get hear about the incredible achievements our alumni have made post-treatment and the new ambitions they have for their life. It’s everything we’ve wanted for these young men and their families.

We are beyond proud of the 15 young men that received their sword, embodying this year’s theme: Get Up, Show Up, Finish Up.⚔️

This relational disconnect may show itself through depressive symptoms, anxiety, familial conflict, or chronic technology use, which could signal something is happening below the surface.

🔸Individuals may feel overwhelmed or empty, constantly searching for distraction or validation.

🔸Emotional responses may be dysregulated due to comparison, online rejection, or lack of in-person connection.

🔸Relationships with individuals may be underdeveloped or limited to online connections that offer little opportunity for true intimacy or trust.

🔸Toxic-shame messages may be reinforced by a digital world of false narratives: “I’m not enough,” “Everyone else is doing better,” or “If people knew who I really was, nobody would love me.”
