Meet Maia M. Wolf, PA-C at JBJC! Maia is excited to be joining orthopedic team. She has lived in Juneau for most of her adult life, and recently completed her training as a physician assistant through the University of Washington MEDEX program in Anchorage. Outside of medicine, Maia enjoys running, Nordic skiing, kayaking, and wandering through the beaches and forests of Southeast Alaska. She is happy to be part of the orthopedic and sports medicine team at JBJC, helping to support her community in doing the things that they love.

Maia is board-certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

JBJC Founding Physician, Dr. Bursell, is Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation as well as Sports Medicine. His areas of practice include non-operative orthopedics and sports medicine, treatment of spine conditions with a combination of rehabilitation and selective spinal procedures, PRP injections, ultrasound and fluoroscopically guided joint injections, Botox injections, and electrodiagnostics (EMG and nerve conduction studies).

Our team includes highly trained Physical and Occupational Therapists who are focused on your long-term relief.
