We're in the 3rd session of Rewriting Your Story from Within and this Friday is all about energy cords and soul ties.

Energy cords and ties are deep spiritual or emotional bonds between two people that can persist even after a relationship ends. The tie can be to friends, family, professional or romantic connections and they can be positive or negative.

Signs of a negative/unhealthy tie include:

The connection constantly drains you emotionally
You need to release the person but have a hard time moving on
Constant thoughts (ruminating) about the person
Strong emotional connection, even feeling obsessed with them.

In this Fridays hypnotherapy journey, I'll guide you to releasing the cord(s) of your choosing.

I’ve been racking my brain trying to come up with the most sustainable marketing plan for The V-Spot, and it hit me: every product we have is born out of my personal self-care practice.

I healed my debilitating cramps with the steam, I dedicate time to meditation and self-hypnosis, I do the work—and I adore the results.

I'm also in love with the Peach Yoni Oil— that I couldn't consider complete without rose and rose quartz to amplify that sweet self-love energy.

Lets be real, nobody NEEDS yoni oil, but I use it because it makes me happy, it makes me feel special and it smells sooo good.

So anywho, just know, you'll see a lot more of me using my own products because, who else was supposed to rep them?!
