Hi hi! I'll be teaching Roll & Restore classes for the next couple days at Vernon Worthen Park in St. George, Utah!

Roll & Restore is a myofascial release movement class geared towards relieving tension and settling the nervous system.

These classes are free! Donations are appreciated, though not expected.

Bring a blanket or mat and I will provide the therapy balls.

Healing is learning to offer love and compassion to the worst version of yourself - the one that lashes out, breaks down, or feels stuck. When you allow those parts to be seen and accepted, your nervous system begins to feel safe, and true healing becomes possible.

It's not perfection that heals - it's the willingness to sit with every part of who you are and say, "You are worthy of love."
