Aly oversees scheduling, insurance benefits, treatment plan coordination, & day to day clinic operations. She’s especially passionate about being able to explain benefits to our patients in a way that feels approachable, clear, & stress-free. As one of our insurance specialists, she can also help with authorizations & provide cost/coverage estimates prior to services, so there are fewer surprises & more peace of mind.
This is Aly’s 3rd time returning to Arctic Chiropractic, & she’s loved every role along the way— from patient, Chiropractic Therapy Assistant, Front Desk, & now Office Manager. This also gives her a unique insight to all aspects of treatment, she would love to answer anything and everything you have questions about! Aly’s catchphrase since returning has been “I only tell a short story long”. She is happiest when she can use her abilities & knowledge to help provide an ease of understanding and accessibility in your care. Her deep connection to the clinic, the doctors, and the positive energy in the office shines through in everything she does.
Outside of work, Aly is a proud “collector of hobbies” who loves art, photography, ceramics, playing music, hiking, running, packrafting, coaching young girls, & spending time with family and friends. A true Southeast Alaska adventurer at heart, Aly loves getting to know her community through the people she meets in the office—so feel free to stop by the front desk to chat about insurance (or whatever has you excited today)!
