All hospital facilities and clinics are scheduled to be open tomorrow, Wednesday, January 7 to deliver essential medical services. We will continue to monitor the weather and road conditions.

Thanks to our Facilities team for their ongoing efforts to keep our campus and facilities safe.

Important Notice! Due to increasing heavy snowfall, existing road hazards, and ice buildup on campus facilities, non-emergency outpatient appointments will be canceled for tomorrow, Tuesday, January 6. This includes:

• Elective surgeries
• In-person appointments at clinic locations and outpatient services (Lab, Diagnostic Imaging, Oncology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Primary Care, Rehab Services)
• In-person hospital administrative services (Billing, Medical Records)

Infusion Services will be OPEN for scheduled in-person outpatient appointments. Also, Ophthalmology and Bartlett Surgical Specialty Clinic will be OPEN to see urgent patients and the clinic team is working to communicate with these individuals directly. Bartlett Outpatient Psychiatric Services will be conducting appointments by telemedicine.

The hospital remains OPEN for inpatient and emergency services. Bartlett staff will be contacting patients to reschedule appointments or move them to telemedicine.

We understand that current weather conditions may prevent patients from making an appointment. If you need to change an appointment scheduled for today, please call the clinic or service location and let the care team know. In some cases, an alternative format such as telemedicine may be available.

Important Notice! After two days of essential staff only, all Bartlett facilities and clinics are planning to resume operations tomorrow, Wednesday, December 31. We will continue to closely monitor the weather and road conditions throughout the remainder of the day and into the evening and may adjust plans accordingly. If plans for resuming operations need to change, we will notify patients directly by phone and send public updates in advance of outpatient locations opening.

We understand that the ongoing weather conditions may prevent patients from making an appointment. If you need to change an appointment scheduled for tomorrow, please call the clinic or service location and let the care team know. In some cases, an alternative format such as telemedicine may be available. Bartlett Outpatient Psychiatric Services will continue patient appointments by telemedicine.
