We apologize for the inconvenience however Jan 1st. Relaxation will no longer be doing refunds or exchanges of items purchased! We have allowed in the past and unfortunately are seeing a huge uptick in people having buyer's remorse after using a product we have out of our own pocket deducted the cost, this isn't fair on us as a business. We will gladly help anyone trying to make the right purchase and will see an increase in tester items coming in so customers can try out before they buy. Due to the nature of cosmetics and perfumes once open for safety and sanitation we can't resell even if you bring it back. This does not include products that are proven to have manufactured default. Thank you
