You can absolutely Google exercises, follow a workout video, or try to piece things together on your own at home. But there’s a big difference between “winging it” and working one-on-one with a therapist who understands your body, movement patterns, symptoms, and goals.

At Therapeutic Health & Home, we provide hands-on support, real-time feedback, movement analysis, and individualized treatment tailored specifically to you. We help you understand why your body is compensating the way it is and how to move more efficiently, safely, and confidently.

Thank you for such a warm, welcoming reception for Jess and Courtney this week—we had an absolute blast connecting with you all and sharing more about what we do and the specialties we’re so passionate about.

From community conversations to our women’s health series, it’s been incredibly meaningful to be in the room with so many of you.

Help us welcome Alli Donaldson, OTR/L, CSOT, PCES, our Southeast Regional Director at Therapeutic Health and Home!

Alli brings specialized expertise as a Certified Sexuality OT and is passionate about helping women better understand their bodies, reconnect with themselves, and feel empowered in their experiences with s*x, intimacy, and overall pelvic health.

She’ll be sharing her knowledge TONIGHT at the Mendenhall Valley Public Library as part of our FREE Women’s Health Series—covering all things s*x, intimacy, and s*xuality.
