While there are many ways to parent, we can all agree it is best if we keep shaming out of the equation. Unfortunately, many of us were parented in a way that perpetuated shame. It can be difficult to branch away from the way we've grown up, but in this case, it is so important.

As part of our 'earn while you learn' program, JPRC offers many classes on topics such as pregnancy, labor & delivery, postpartum care, and various parenting topics. Today, we are highlighting our unit on breastfeeding.

Each of these classes is about 20 minutes and will earn you a point (or more!) to spend in our baby boutique or maternity store. Classes can be sent to your phone or viewed at the center with an advocate available in case you want to discuss what you have learned or have any questions.
