🧠 𝗔𝗗𝗛𝗗 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝘁: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂

Open any feed and suddenly everyone’s an ADHD expert.
There are “10-signs-you-have-it” videos, endless supplements, “ADHD superpower” memes—and millions of people self-diagnosing from a 30-second clip.

But here’s the question no one’s asking:
**What if much of what we call ADHD isn’t a disorder at all—
but a coping mechanism born from programming and conditioning?**

🧠 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄? 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗡𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝗺

Scroll for five minutes and you’ll see it everywhere
“Your ex is a narcissist.”
“Your boss is a narcissist.”
“That friend who didn’t text back? Definitely a narcissist.”

But what if what we’re calling *narcissism* isn’t a personality type...
It’s **programming**?

🔥The Addiction No One Talks About.🔥

I feel very comfortable saying this:
the majority of society in America is listening to a disease called *politics*.

We’ve become addicted — not just to social media or the news — but to the constant stimulation they deliver. The outrage. The opinions. The emotional rollercoaster.

Every scroll, every headline, every reaction is a *hit* — like sugar, ni****ne, or a drug.
Each hit floods your system with adrenaline, pulling your vibration down…
darkening your energy from the inside out.

Think about it:
How many times do you *react* to something you see or hear — in a minute?
An hour? A day?
For eight years now, we’ve been taking millions of emotional “hits.”

De-arrangement syndrome is real — that constant need for outrage and alignment with chaos, anger, stress, anxiety, hatred, addiction is rapid
No wonder mental illness, anxiety, and polarization are on the rise.

Every hit feeds dependence — on anger, disbelief, or fear.
It keeps us in a loop of reactivity, disconnected from our natural peace and power.
