In my previous post I spoke about how different eye colors can be predisposed to certain health issues!
The brown Iris is also know as the “hematogenic constitution”. These individuals have a predisposition for certain health issues and weaknesses such as imbalance of blood constitution such as thick blood, elimination issues, inability to store essential minerals and more (see picture above for full list). Having an understanding of how to support your specific constitution can be a great benefit to your health overall!
Ways to support a hematogenic constitution
