1. Plantar Fasciitis: Inflammation of the plantar fascia, causing heel pain, especially in the morning or after prolonged sitting.

2. Athlete’s Foot: A fungal infection that leads to itching, redness, and peeling skin, often between the toes.

3. Bunions: A bony bump on the joint at the base of the big toe, which can cause pain and difficulty wearing shoes.

4. Ingrown Toenails: When the edges of the toenail grow into the surrounding skin, leading to pain, redness, and swelling.

5. Heel Spurs: Bony growths on the underside of the heel, often associated with plantar fasciitis, causing discomfort during walking.

6. Flat Feet: A condition where the arches of the feet collapse, leading to pain and potential issues in the knees and hips.
