1.5 and 3.5 weeks to go! Time to dial it in! Shoutout to for getting the posing on point and the best coach keeping me mentally in check and not killing me with extra cardio (lowest cardio I’ve ever done by far 😮). Been a great prep so far! Time to finish it out strong!

Getting there. Little ways to go but we on point so far! 4 weeks for the qualifier and 6 for universe. with the master plan making this the best prep ever. Best I’ve looked, ever, especially this far out.

Grateful for such a great coach and from all the love and motivation from everyone on here. Greatly appreciate it all!! Ready to win some shows here!!

405 for reps for my training client right here. When we first started together he couldn’t even do 135 without back pain. Now we’re cranking with 405 for reps! Only getting better from here!
