Make:
1️⃣ Turn the Instant Pot to the sautΓ© function and add olive oil. Add the beef and sear quickly until all sides are browned. Remove beef to a large bowl.

2️⃣ Add the onions to the Instant Pot and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Remove to the same bowl as the beef.

3️⃣ Add the garlic, ginger, cumin, turmeric, paprika, and cinnamon to the Instant Pot. Cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant. Add the beef and onions back in, stirring to incorporate.

4️⃣ Add the remaining ingredients, except the cilantro, and seal the lid on the Instant Pot. Select the β€œStew” and β€œHigh Pressure” options and cook for 15 minutes.

5️⃣ Allow the steam to release for 10 minutes before removing the lid. Stir in the cilantro and serve.
