Hello friends. I need some help with a question about medical practice: When trying to see a doctor/specialist that you’ve never seen before (ie. you are a NEW patient to them), what are the pain points you experience up to the point you are face-to-face with the doctor. Examples might be getting an appointment easily, filling out forms in time, knowing what to pay etc.). Feel free to comment. Thanks.
