Join me for a Peach Farming 🍑 party at the Chickee hut this coming Saturday!
Coming out of my group class retirement to sub this weekend for my good friend and colleague and — typically this class is a yoga sculpt, but I am literally turning it on its rear and making a glute focused bodyweight class!
We will still visit some yoga positions and also be using the bands and weights - and of course we will have the music UP!

Don’t know what class or program to do/follow? Confused by what Instagram celebrities are doing? Tired of sipping tea and doing stale fitness programs?!

Welcome to your dry land - TERRA

A Strength and Conditioning program rooted in foundational movements.
and myself have been creating TERRA as a progressional and INTENTIONAL program.

We go thru 12 week progressions with deload or light weeks at the halfway mark and between cycles.

TERRA gives you 60ish minute training sessions 4 times a week-and delivers this to you straight to your phone thru an app. (You will need access to some minimal equipment).

The first cycle will start in early January. We are accepting a limited number of athletes to join our first cycle in January.
