Sitting around the table with my incredible team was such a sweet reminder of God’s goodness. They have lives of their own and yet they give and give selflessly. I am so grateful for these woman that have been placed in my life. Each one called, each one compassionate, and each one willing to serve families with love, patience, and grace. As baby grows and prepares for birth, our bodies sometimes need a little extra balance and space. That’s where the Forward Leaning Inversion (FLI) comes in!

This gentle movement can:
🤰🏻Relieve tension in the ligaments and pelvis
🤰🏻Create space in the uterus for baby to settle
🤰🏻Encourage baby into an optimal position for birth
🤰🏻Ease those late pregnancy aches in the back and hips

Just a few breaths in this position can make a huge difference. ✨Of course always practice safely with support nearby and some guidance from your OB or Midwife. (love this big sister assisting her mom)😉💓

Labor Prep with this couple was so much fun! ✨

Expectant parents can benefit greatly from understanding how movement and position changes can help the progression of labor. Movement really encourages optimal fetal positioning while helping baby descend into the birth canal. Move on down little one😍

Changing positions and movement also helps the pelvis open, giving the baby more room to navigate, so incredible!✨
