February is a whole mood so far! 💫 We’ve been busy making Valentine mosaics, moving our bodies, and busting through yesterday’s limits. We even took a trip back in time exploring Yesteryear Village! 📜 It’s always a celebration when you’re with friends.

What does independence look like? At Palm Beach Autism Club, it looks like a yoga session where we find our focus. It looks like a scavenger hunt through the mall that builds navigation and social skills. It looks like the stroke of a paintbrush in art class or the quiet awe of a wildlife sanctuary. 🦒🎨

Spice up your week! We recently hosted a fantastic cooking class led by the amazing Chef Sonia, an authentic local cook who filled our kitchen with incredible Jamaican flavors!

The video shows our members and staff going step-by-step to master classic Jerk Chicken, Rice and Beans, and sautéed veggies. It was more than just cooking; it was a hands-on adventure where everyone gained new life skills and explored exotic cuisine together. 🇯🇲

This is just a taste of the learning, fun, and cultural exploration waiting for you at the Palm Beach Autism Club Adult Day Program.

Sweet adventures with even sweeter friends! 🍭🍬At PBAC we had a blast touring the Bulk Candy Store and diving into the delicious history of chocolate and candy! From learning how our favorite treats are made to tasting a few along the way, it was a day full of fun and facts.

What a fun Thursday with our members! We went by ‘Adopt a Cat 🐈 Thrift Store’ then over by the Pier to pick up some Sea 🌊 Shells 🐚 for our PBAC Gift Box activity! Then lunch 🥗 by Loggerhead. Talk about soaking up the sun ☀️ and enjoying the club
