🎥 Capsule Cutting: 25-Year-Old Saline Implants

Dr. Rankin recently performed an explant procedure on a patient whose severely thickened capsules with heavy calcification had formed around smooth saline implants placed over the muscle 25 years ago. The capsules were extremely hardened and contracted, requiring careful surgical removal.
