Dr. Virginia Phipps was arrested yesterday on felony fraud charges, after she used my business (checking) routing number and account number to pay 5 of her creditors. She obtained this information from a check that I had written to her in February. If you have had any unpleasant financial dealings with her, including loaning her money, please DM me and I will provide you with the contact information for the Detective in charge of this case.
