☀️ MEET MINDY!! ☀️ It’s an incredible honor to welcome this bright & beautiful soul to our teaching team at kula! Mindy will be guiding a new class to our Sunday schedule: Unwind (a gentle movement meets yinny vibe adorned with pockets of meditation). The class will be held at 11:30am each Sunday starting this weekend ✨✨
In her own words:
I was first introduced to yoga over a decade ago while living in NYC as a professional dancer. Over the years, as I experienced the many highs and lows of my dance career, I kept returning to yoga, feeling the support it offered my mind and body. I began to dive deeper, participating in various trainings and workshops, and was blown away by the inner tools we have access to at all times.
Later, after experiencing an old injury return due to no real known reason except stress, it was through meditation that I was able to heal. This experience completely shifted my life and opened my mind and heart to what is possible within us. I ended up leaving NYC and moved back home to Florida, where I am very grateful to have found Kula Yoga Shala and its community.
Thankful to the many wonderful teachers I’ve had on my path so far and as a 200 Hr Kula Yoga Grad, I am honored to be able to share practices that support inner healing and offer a more intentional, aligned way of living.
