Sound Healing Circle at the Unity Church is returning!
November 11th at 7:00-8:30 PM
At Unity in the Gardens, 550 Bush Road in Jupiter

Join us for a deep vibrational meditation - if you're venturing out and feel safe to participate, this is an evening of music, listening, acoustic instruments and your own humming voice to make a heart connection within -- through relaxing meditation with a sound bath of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gong and bells!
Like the Sunday Service, space is limited to maintain social distancing, other protocols will be announced here, or discussed when you RESEERVE YOUR SPOT -

Thanks so much to everyone who attended the Sound Healing Circle last week, I’m getting great feedback on “sense of relaxation and high-flying vibration” so on we go, put it on your calendar to return on March 13th, same time, same place!
Please let me know if you want to participate in the organization of an evening, you know if you're burning to share... and be sure to include an open heart to network with others to find connections and share your special gifts and services with each other as a participant, if you like.
I find myself turning to my lovely teachers and healers to help me through if I’m feeling stuck in my thinking. I encourage you to reach out when you find yourself feeling ill-at-ease or out of balance and you’re obsessing on a problem to the point of emotional imbalance. Sometimes we give so much to our families and friends that we forget to self-nurture. I invite you to think about counseling as a self-nurturing, loving step to reunite with the part of you that maintains your peace of mind.
Come bask in the music and sound and find yourself feeling uplifted when you’re ready to grow - if you’re uncomfortable, it's time! Thanks for reading, JOY

A favorite mentor once told me, “you know what everyone has always criticized you for when you were a kid? That’s your Gift!!” I immediately remembered how Mom would be embarrassed by how LOUD I was, I wanted attention, I thought I was fun and wanted everybody to appreciate and HEAR me! Then I started singing in High School and majored in Musical Theater in college - sang on Cruise ships and off-off Broadway - for sure the gift was the big voice.
What about you? Can you embrace that enthusiasm or energy that was overwhelming as a kid and allow it to return you to a sense of your mission?
