Congratulations to Nick Perrone, whose boat 'Heavy Hitters' won the $500 prize for The Sunblock Challenge Pledge at the Big Dog Fat Cat Fishing Tournament. Heavy Hitters took the Sunblock Challenge Pledge, and they were the top place in catching a Kingfish weighing in at 45.7 lbs.

Mike Menor, an avid South Florida boater, shares why wearing sunblock is so important. After undergoing 19 MOHS skin cancer surgeries, he advocates to everyone who is on his boat to apply sunblock every 2 hours. Dr. Ricardo Mejia, a MOHS skin cancer surgeon and founder of Sunblock Challenge, was happy that someone advocates like him.

This weekend, at the Sailfish Marina Big Dog Fat Cat Tournament , Sunblock Challenge will give a $500 cash prize for the boat that catches the biggest fish AND takes the Sunblock Challenge Pledge provided the whole crew on the boat does not get sunburned and follows the Sunblock Challenge Rules:

-Not get sun burned
-Protect my skin and fellow anglers
-Wear sunblock and reapply every 2 hours

Thank you to for shipping more emergency backpacks which will go to support the medical needs in the Bahamas. Some delivered to Green Turtle by Dr. John Shedd and some to Hopetown Fire Department substation on the beach in Elbow Cay and Palm Cay Fire Station by Tom Rubio. We will be sending the remainder to Marsh Harbor and settlements in East Grand Bahamas that need the emergency back packs.

In this plane mission, we delivered many of our donated supplies through the generosity of many volunteer pilots through Operation Airdrop and The Paradise Fund with the help of our assistant, Nathalie Lauren who coordinated flight logistics and many others such as Oliver Cameron-Hayes Kristina Anderson McPherson, all the staff at Jupiter Dermatology & Hair Restoration & Manny Carzola.

These supplies were coordinated and distributed locally on the ground by Fritz Thompson to the people of Freeport and residents of Sweeetings Cay as well as individuals associated with the following organizations:

Trinity International Ministries in Freeport
Ebenezar Baptist Church in Sweeting’s Cay
Grand Bahama Island Boating Association
Police Staff Association
Down Syndrome Association

This is a recap video of our 2nd Dorian Relief on September 8, on the day of Dr. Mejia's birthday with Victor Jacques, of Victory PROformance He is Dr. Mejia's nephew who drove up from Miami to deliver donations given by many friends and customers. Many of the donations on the boat were from other organizations as well. As an update, since many of you have been asking, we are currently buying medical supplies. This is a recap video of our first Hurricane Dorian relief effort. Dr.Ricardo Mejia took approximately 4,000 pounds of supplies to West End in the Bahamas. Thank you to all who donated and volunteered. Our contact there, Fritz Thompson made sure the people got the donations directly. We took generators, chainsaws, water, food and much more. We appreciate all the effort of the staff of Jupiter Dermatology & Hair Restoration gave of their time on the weekend to organize all the donations that came in from family, friends and members of the community. Also special thanks to Seagate Marine Sales, Troy Weiser from Southeastern Door Company and Matt K***z from Jupiter-Tequesta A/C, Plumbing & Electric, LLC.

This donation drop was in collaboration with Operation Airdrop with assistance from The Paradise Fund and pilots that donated their time and plane.
