Dr. Blomer completed her OB/GYN residency at Duke University Medical Center and earned her MD with Honors from the University of Colorado. She has spent over 15 years serving patients in community-based womenโs health practices throughout Florida, building long-standing relationships rooted in continuity of care and patient-centered outcomes.
Her clinical research experience spans womenโs health, cardiometabolic and cardiovascular disease, neurology, respiratory conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, dermatology, vaccines, and medical devices. She has led and supported studies in diabetic peripheral neuropathy, migraine, osteoarthritis, vasomotor symptoms, hypertriglyceridemia, type 2 diabetes, NAFLD, chronic idiopathic constipation, asthma, chronic cough, stress urinary incontinence, uterine fibroids, endometriosis, menopause/post menopause, obesity, osteoporosis, HPV, and infectious disease vaccines including influenza, RSV, COVID-19, norovirus, and meningitis, as well as device trials for cervical cancer screening and HPV testing.
Beyond research, Dr. Blomer has been actively involved in hospital leadership and quality initiatives, serving on credentialing and clinical committees at Martin Memorial Hospital and St. Lucie Medical Center.
