Lately I’ve been getting honest with myself.
Post-Easter, I wasn’t feeling my best—bloated, tired, out of sync. So instead of waiting for “perfect,” I just started again.

This isn’t about punishment. It’s about remembering what makes me feel strong, clear, and capable.
