Physiocare, Inc.

Physiocare, Inc. PhysioCare was founded in 2001 as an INDEPENDENT physical therapy clinic, meaning we are physical therapist owned and operated.

PhysioCare provide physical therapy, ergonomics consulting, and workplace injury prevention services. We are also one of only two physical therapy offices in northern Palm Beach County that provide Anodyne therapy for the treatment of neuropathy. For a complete list of our services, please visit our website. PhysioCare's mission is to quickly get YOU back to all of the activities YOU enjoy, not ju

st everyday living. We begin by listening to YOU and understanding YOUR needs. We will find the root cause of YOUR problem to provide a long-term solution. We also understand how valuable YOUR time is as well as the high cost of healthcare today, so we do our best to provide result-focused service that minimizes unnecessary time and cost to YOU. Why Choose Us
Because we are independent, we are able to focus solely on providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-based treatment. Our goal is to EXCEED your expectations. Jennifer has over 17 years of experience. Every patient receives manual (hands on) therapy in private treatment rooms with the same therapist each visit. We try our best to provide same day appointments (if needed) in a convenient location with close, ample parking. Ultimately, choosing the right therapy office can determine your rehab success, so choose yours wisely. At PhysioCare, we "care" about you!

Only a small percentage of people over 50 exercise daily. Even a smaller number of people engage in activity intense enough to stimulate bone, muscle, nitric oxide, growth hormone and the lymphatic system.
—-> Power Plare makes joining that ELITE group easy and doable.
How this differs from the cheap machines that shake you—-the precise harmonic waves from a Power Plate help to pe*****te the body in a way that “teeter totter” whole body vibration will not. This is the reason that Power Plate is the standard in elite professional sports and the medical/therapeutic space.

PhysioCare is excited to now offer Power Plate technology!!!

Power Plate can help if you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis|osteopenia as well as maintain your bone density to help prevent you from developing those conditions as you age.

Power Plate vibration workouts increase the load on bones therefore increasing bone density.

An independent study showed the group using the power plate saw a 4.3% increase in lumbar bone mineral density while the group that did not lost 1.9% bone mineral density. In a similar study the power plate group showed a 1.5% increase in hip bone density.

Ask us how your insurance may cover use of the Power Plate to help increase your bone density if you’ve been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia!

Introducing Power Plate in physical therapy. The Power Plate delivers tiny vibrations in your body—up to 50 times per second. Incorporating the Power Plate into your physical therapy program can activate more muscles, burn more calories and increase bone density compared to a traditional workout.

Congratulations to Jennifer O’Brien on completing Medical Level 2 training and certification through The Titlest Performance Institute.

The role of a qualified healthcare provider is critical to helping golfers maximize both performance and durability. Unfortunately, injuries are not uncommon for avid golfers. Research suggests that over half of all serious golfers have had physical issues that impact the amount of golf they play.

Provider spotlight 2/2

Jennifer O’Brien, DPT, CEASII, CHC, CPI, TPI

Jennifer is a doctor of physical therapy as well as the clinic director and owner of Physiocare. She has been a physical therapist since her graduation in 2000 from Arcadia University in Philadelphia, PA. She was the physical therapist and clinic director of a private practice in Philadelphia until her move to FL in 2010. From 2010 through 2013 she served as senior physical therapist and ergonomics department supervisor for Jupiter Medical Center as well as ergonomics consultant for Pratt and Whitney. She became the physical therapist/clinic director for PhysioCare in 2013 and then purchased the practice in 2017. She is Graston (a type of instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization or IASTM) trained and is certified by the Titleist Performance Institute to perform golf screenings and golf rehab/fitness. She is also a certified pilates instructor (CPI), TRX and TRX sports medicine instructor, ergonomic assessment specialist (CEASII), and health coach (CHC).
Jennifer enjoys an active lifestyle including crossfit, golf, yoga, and mountain biking. Because she is avid in these activities and follows a healthy lifestyle, she is excellent at getting patients back to a healthy lifestyle and the activities they enjoy. She has also been a physical therapy patient herself several times, once when she suffered a severe neck injury from being hit by a drunk driver and numerous times as a collegiate soccer player. This firsthand experience in what it is really like to be a patient, experiencing the pain and struggles that must be overcome as well as the compassion and encouragement needed along the way, gave her invaluable experience on how to truly care for and encourage her own physical therapy patients. Also, because of her experience as an ergonomics consultant, she is able to thoroughly analyze patients’ daily activities (positions, etcetera) to get to the cause of their injuries versus solely treating their symptoms with the risk of having symptoms return again in the future if the cause is never addressed.

Provider Spotlight: 1 of 2

Beth Stinelli, PT, MS, OCS

Beth has been a physical therapist for 26 years. She started her career down here in South Florida after graduating with a MS from Ithaca College in 1998. She relocated to Pittsburgh where she worked for UPMC outpatient services and became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist in 2004. Working for UPMC was valuable to be able to participate in research for the most evidence based practice. She moved back to South Florida with her husband and child in 2014. She maintains her OCS and also added cupping and IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) to her toolbox. She is highly skilled at treating sacroiliac dysfunction, a condition challenging to treat by many experienced physical therapists. She also is a leader in treating joint hyper mobility issues either localized or widespread (Ehlers Danlos or Marfans).

Beth lives in Jupiter Farms with her family and enjoys taking care of their small farm of dogs, cats, chickens and ducks. In her spare time she likes to read, binge watch TV and go to the gym.
