BIG NEWS, ladies… Eden by WholeBodyMD is officially here.

A few weeks ago, we launched Eden in the most surreal, pinch-me moment: inside Bloomingdale’s-surrounded by women who showed up, opened up, and reminded me exactly why this practice exists.

Eden was created for her…
The woman navigating perimenopause or menopause who feels unheard.
The woman who is exhausted from piecing her health together alone.
The woman who wants real answers, real support, and a physician who sees the whole picture-hormones, gut health, longevity, mindset, and everything in between.

This isn’t just a clinic.
It’s a community of midlife women rising together, learning together, laughing together, and reclaiming their energy, their clarity, and their joy.

If you were at Bloomingdale’s that day, thank you for making it magic.

One week ago today, I was surrounded by some of the most inspiring women in medicine, leadership, faith, and wellness at Women’s Health Conversations.
We spent the weekend talking about purpose, hormones, aging boldly, and reimagining women’s health and I walked away reminded of exactly why Eden exists.
Women deserve care that sees the whole story. The whole body. The whole woman.
So grateful for every conversation, every speaker who poured wisdom, and every woman who showed up to learn and connect.

My patients are truly the best.
When your practice is called WholeBodyMD, it’s no surprise that visits sometimes turn into recipe swaps.
One minute I’m adjusting hormone doses and the next, my patient is handing me a jar of homemade apple butter, a bag of dried oregano, or fresh herbs from her garden.
At some point, I find myself wondering… who’s the patient, and who’s the physician?
It’s a perfect reminder that food is medicine.
And at WholeBodyMD, healing happens not just through prescriptions but through connection, nourishment, and the shared joy of caring for our bodies, naturally.
