RESOLVES RAZOR BUMPS AND INGROWN HAIRS FAST

Hair trapped into the skin, or growing back into the skin, is called an ingrown hair. This out-of-place hair may create a foreign body reaction resulting in redness, swelling and pain. This results in the appearance of "bumps" in the skin. These are referred to as razor bumps (also known as PseudoFolliculitis Barbae or PFB) or razor burn depending on the degree of severity. These problems are common after shaving, tweezing and waxing, specially when the hair is thick, curly and in an area in close contact with clothes. The problems may also occur, but less frequently, after electrolysis and laser hair removal. Apply BUMP & BLEMISH ® immediately after any hair removal procedure, and daily afterwards, to maintain the appearance of smooth, clear skin.

The Bump & Blemish Story

As a teenager, I was plagued by unwanted body hair, specially that in my legs. Fueled by my adolescent hormones, the fuzz transformed into unsightly, coarse stubble.

I battled with it by shaving it, first once a day, early in the morning before school. If I did it at night, the stubble would be already showing and be coarse to the touch in gym class. I avoided sports and dreaded the beach season.

If I wanted to wear a dress at night, for a party or going out, I would shave again in the evening. Nicks and cuts around my ankles and knees were an additional nuisance, as were the occasional ingrown hairs in my bikini area- the infamous razor bumps. I would try to unearth them with a sewing needle if I could not reach them with my tweezers.

I tried waxing my legs. Waxing was longer lasting for hair removal, but it also made my skin break out with ingrown hairs.
