Held May 15–17, this foundational training introduces the Classical Pilates Mat system, focusing on precision, control, and the structure of the Method. Core Mat I establishes the groundwork for clear progression, confident movement, and effective teaching.

At Inside Out Pilates, our instructors are trained through top-tier, comprehensive certification programs—not quick or abbreviated courses.

Each instructor completes:
• 500+ hours of training
• 18+ months of education
• In-depth study of anatomy, biomechanics, and movement
• Hands-on teaching with real client experience
• Ongoing continuing education

This level of training ensures they understand not just what to teach—but how to teach it safely, effectively, and intentionally for every body.

And that training is supported by the equipment we use.

Our studio is equipped with Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers with towers, along with additional apparatus—
allowing for a more comprehensive, precise, and elevated Pilates experience.
