After surgery, your body doesn’t just need to heal — it needs to relearn.

Whether it’s a hip replacement, a knee repair, or any procedure that changes how you move, the body starts compensating almost immediately. One side takes over for the other. Patterns shift. And over time, those imbalances can create a whole new set of problems — tightness, strain, and fatigue in places that weren’t even part of the original issue.

This is where Pilates becomes one of the most powerful tools in your recovery.
Pilates works from the inside out — building the deep stabilizers, retraining movement patterns, and gently reminding the body what balanced load actually feels like. It’s not about pushing through. It’s about listening, correcting, and moving with intention.
