These are the primary days available for lab draws, immunizations/vaccines, injections and other various public health related services. During the month of October, Scotland County Hospital has partnered with Hannibal Regional Hospital and bundled a discounted mammogram package. For $99 the self-pay/cash-pay patient will get a mammogram and the reading fee. The patient will pay two bills: one to Scotland County Hospital for the mammogram and one to the Hannibal Imaging Services for the reading fee. Mammogram must be scheduled and received in the month of October.

Mammograms are the gold standard for early detection of breast cancer and it’s essential to have one every year (starting at age 40), so physicians can observe the breast tissue over time. The sooner breast cancer is detected, the sooner treatment can begin!
