We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care services in a warm, home-like environment. Our experienced team of healthcare professionals is committed to meeting the individual needs of each resident while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. In addition to our nursing services, we also offer Independent Living Apartments conveniently located on the north side of our facility. These apartments provide seniors the opportunity to enjoy privacy and independence while having peace of mind knowing supportive care is close by if ever needed. 👏🤩For always showing up with a smile on her face and a kind attitude, Gabi Kirchner has been chosen as an employee spotlight. As one of our newer CNAs, Gabi prides herself on being a team player and it shows! Her favorite part of the job is seeing the residents' appreciation and hearing how much they miss her when she's gone. She encourages her peers in long-term care to cherish the time they have with each and every resident. Outside of work, she channels her energy in volunteering and using her voice to speak up for others.

Shout out to Courtney Rockelman for being a great team player and helping out the housekeeping department on a busy day!🤩 Courtney has been with us as a CNA for 2 years. She was drawn to this career due to her love of helping others. Getting to know the residents and hear their stories is one of her favorite parts of the job. Patience goes a long way in long-term care according to Courtney and she encourages others in the field to keep a positive mindset.😄 When she's not at work, she loves spending time with her husband and children who are outdoor enthusiasts! They all pitch in to help with their dogs and chickens and are hoping to add some goats to the mix this spring.🐐

Our next employee spotlight is......Susan!⭐

Susan has worked in the Kitchen for the past 2 years and is known for her upbeat attitude, consistent smile, and wonderful singing that'll make anyone's day better! She loves the incredible connections she forms with the residents. Susan's advice for those working in long-term care is to be prepared for the losses but to enjoy every moment you get with them. She is a self-proclaimed 'open book' and loves talking to visitors, families, and friends of the residents!

Thank you for the infectious energy you bring to our home, Susan!🌼😜
