Bikram Yoga Maui is a fully licensed and authorized Bikram Yoga studio specialized in teaching only the original 90 minute Bikram Yoga series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. All of our teachers are certified Bikram Yoga teachers and graduates of the 9 week Bikram Yoga Teacher Training. Originally from India, Bikram studied yoga from a very young age. He designed the series of postures to work the entire body inside and out sequentially, using every muscle, system, and organ in the body. Practiced in a heated room with optimum humidity, the series is a cleansing and strengthening 90 minute class that stimulates, rejuvenates and balances the entire body for maximum health and wellness.

We’re back! Yay! Back to community practice and it feels so good!
🧘🏽‍♀️ We have some new guidelines to help keep our Ohana safe and healthy! Please join us in these practices so together we can grow and thrive!
✨ Sign up online! At this time time we cannot offer drop-ins so all students must sign up for class in advance (visit bikramhawaii.com)
✨ Bring your own! Mat and towel rentals are temporary unavailable, but water and kombucha are still available for purchase! 👏🏽👏🏽
✨ Come prepared! Our changing rooms and showers are temporarily unavailable due to new regulations.
✨ Mat Space. Please place your mat on pre-designated areas that are 6 ft apart!
✨ Mask on. Please wear a mask when entering the studio-
No mask required when working out on your mat!
