One more healthy use for our Raw Maui Honey!

These mouth watering peanut butter cookies are made with our 100% Organic Plant Protein and Maui Honey. Just pop them in the oven and in 15 minutes you have the tastiest, and healthiest cookies out there. A perfect snack, post workout, or breakfast cookie to go along with your coffee. These cookies are gluten free, vegetarian, and Non-GMO.

Ingredients
1/2 cup old-fashioned Peanut Butter
1/4 cup Maui Honey by Hawaii Natural Products
1 scoop Plant Protein
1/4 Tsp Gluten Free Baking Powder
1 Free Range Organic Egg
1/4 cup Coconut Flour

Directions
1. Combine Peanut Butter, Coconut Flour, and Honey in a mixing bowl.
2. Add Plant Protein, Baking Powder, and Egg to the mixture.
3. Mix until combined thoroughly.
4. Grease cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray.
5. Scoop mixture and place on a cookie sheet two inches apart.
6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
7. Take cookies out of the oven and use a fork to flatten cookie mound.
8. Place cookies back in the oven for 5 minutes.
9. Enjoy!
