March is Colorectal Cancer awareness month and we're sharing resources so you or someone you know can fight against it. Colorectal cancer is not only preventable, but it is treatable and beatable if diagnosed early!

Gone are the days of having a mandatory colonoscopy, now you can get a testing kit and instructions for an easy sample collection in the convenience, privacy, and comfort of your own home. Regular testing is recommended for adults over 45 years old and people with a personal or family history of polyps or colorectal cancer, and inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis or crohn's.

Schedule an appointment with a provider and ask about testing (808) 333-3600

Eating healthy can be tough, and you may notice it getting a little harder on your body as you get older.

It is important to get annual wellness checks to check your BMI, Blood pressure, and Blood glucose levels because they can be indicators of more serious issues down the road. Nutrition plays a big role in our overall health, along with regular exercise and avoiding unhealthy habits like drinking alcohol or using ni****ne.

If you think it's time to make some change but could use a little help to start, don't hesitate to make an appointment with us and we can help you create a plan to meet your health goals!

Call (808) 333-3600 to make an appointment.
