Shout out to our small but mighty Health Information Services team! This team is the backbone of our health centers, helping to manage patient's electronic records and coordinate referrals after their appointment at our health centers. You can join their team and help to provide support services to our community and help folks to manage their care.

We are currently hiring for Referrals Specialist and Medical Records Specialist on both sides of the island!

Referrals Specialists manage external patient referrals, follow-up collaboration with providers and other patient care team members, respond and fulfil medical recorsd requests and coordinate travel for patients to and from their appointments.

Medical Records Specialists manage electronic patient records, process medical request and support data collection and entry of important medical records.
