Aloha Ka’ū Community 🫶 we are so excited to have this event become a reality! We are grateful for the opportunity to give back to YOU, our own community members that are out here helping in ways that really matter, that change lives, save lives and protect the future for our children. Acts of compassion for our people, our animals and the very land that creates our community is the foundation, a vision of elevation of spirit and lightness of heart, and welcoming a pause for healing and gratitude.

We have dedicated time spots for 30 more people to schedule your healing session PLUS spots available for walk ins🌀 whether you are new to receiving healing or just need a little tune up, all you need to do is email kaugiveback@gmail.com, fill out the form to select your FREE service, send it back and receive confirmation! Then you just show up anytime after 10 am on December 7th, sign in, grab a lunch ticket (served 11-2) and enjoy. You can pop in just for your appointment or stay all day and try other services on offer if space allows.

Appointment is not required but is requested to help us prepare for you the best we can. Walk in’s are absolutely welcome and we have 10 incredible practitioners available for multiple sessions so plenty of space and opportunities all day long!

New Moon 🌑 in Scorpio, season of Sagittarius ♐️ shift, planetary alignments are always in motion… these last few weeks have been incredibly intense on the inner healing ❤️‍🩹 and you are not alone in your journey 💗 many big shifts are taking place, big emotions coming back around for clearing. Personally I have had deep grief rising up from the echoes of my past experiences, physical manifestations of the unprocessed emotions and the relief of letting the wounds breathe. Allowing myself to release the story for good. To close the chapter, to finish the book of how I gave my power away to another. To start a new book, a moment in time when I snatched my power back, when I started creating again for the love of medicine, of knowledge and of finding relief, of following my passions. Allowing myself to dance with spirit again in the ways that bring me joy and fulfillment and healing to others and to myself. 🥰💞🌀

Just after one night I woke up feeling less tense and actually well rested. My mood was lifted and my body felt great! On the journey back to yourself after experiencing toxic relationships and abuse, establishing healthy boundaries for yourself takes time 💗 recently I have been diving deep into my own traumatic experiences and releasing the grief and anger that my body has been holding onto. Even though I have done a lot of self exploration and healing over the last 10 years, there’s still more to be processed. Don’t be ashamed or afraid to take the necessary steps that are calling out to you for your own healing. Relief and lightness of being comes after the emotions and energy is released and transformed 🌀💞🙏

Mark your calendar for Sunday, December 7th and come on down to Discovery Harbor Community Center between 10 am and 5 pm to receive your complimentary wellness session with one of our talented and dedicated volunteers. We are so excited to come together and celebrate our people who are first to respond when our community members, the animals and the environment are in need of support.

When you live your life according to Spiritual Law, Spirits intent expresses through your personality easily and fluidly. Your light ☀️ will shine if you only let it, and all that you want will come to you without ever needing to know how. To follow your spiritual path, your only job is to listen to and then heed Spirit’s directives, and your life will flow quite easily and naturally.

Your conscious mind is meant to be the receiver and transmitter of these urgings, translating the information sent from Spirit through pure awareness into the physical realm and decipherable communication. Since your ego’s willfulness can interfere and misdirect, you must pay close attention to discern which is which. Know that your higher self will only give you straightforward, positive, and encouraging support, whereas the ego’s voice will tend to be negative and discouraging. Earth 🌍 represents the gift of life. The symbol on this card refers to the body of the planet 🌍, the human body, and Nature herself. We’re reminded by this symbol that all creatures are born of the Earth and human beings are the stewards of all life on this planet. It refers to what we make of it: our health, wealth, security, grounding, solidity, and stability. It reminds us that the world of form is a gift from Spirit and needs to be treated with respect. ✊

Do you feel ungrounded or easily thrown off your path lately? It is time to focus on what nurtures you, to open yourself to the healing of Mother Earth 🌍 and see the abundant world around you.
