A lot of medicine gathered in this rattle, as above, so below, calling in LOVE. Grateful for getting the opportunity to share the Ha with new brothers and sisters in medicine. Wild harvested Mullein Leaf Tincture 🌱

Gathered by myself and Lucy right here on Big Island in November 2025 on a remote trail away from road grime and power lines. If you are growing it or wild harvesting please make sure your source is clean as Mullein can pull heavy metals and contaminates from the soil and you don’t want that in your body 🤲🏼 go at least 10 feet or more from roadside further if possible.

Mullein leaf is wonderful as a tea, smokable herb or tincture to help clear the lungs of gunk. An expectorant, it may help rid the lungs 🫁 of build up from smoking, VOG, or chronic cough 😷 and other lung related symptoms.

I have been using Mullein in tea form for the last year to help my lungs heal after nearly 30 years of smoking 🚬 and am excited to see how much more a concentrated tincture form helps the process.

I have seen others report wonderful results with using Mullein tincture to reduce symptoms of COPD as well and many others find relief from VOG here in Hawai’i.

Energetically, issues in the lungs 🫁 are connected with unprocessed emotions like grief, depression, fear of taking in life, and not feeling worthy of living life fully. Affirmations to balance the lungs during breath work or energy work sound like “I take in life in perfect balance”, or “I have the capacity to take in the fullness of life. I lovingly live life to the fullest.”

Tips for self care during migraines 🥹 watch video for self massage tips to get proper circulation flowing. Don’t be afraid to start slow and gentle, adding pressure as you can tolerate it. Your tolerance may be different than mine 💗

Carrier oil plus peppermint and rosemary can be added with gentle massage for extra relief. Cold washcloth on back of neck or forehead may help.

Never doubt that your ancestors are always with you. Their experiences, knowledge, wisdom, prayers and motivations live in you too. In your DNA, your blood and your bones. No need to be ashamed of the less desirable expressions, awareness is key to healing that. You get to choose which expressions of your family traits you nurture in this lifetime. I randomly parked directly across the street from this Chevrolet dealership today and I am a descendant of the Chevrolet Family. While parked here I found out that I won a year membership that will help me help many others. A gift from my own ancestors who are always watching out for me. Just one snippet of who I am… Which I think is pretty incredible! I get to see my family history everywhere! What a privilege. Not all of the story is incredible, and unfortunately I do not get a free brand new Chevy every year… though I personally feel I should 😜 but I am so happy that part of my family history includes the desires and drive to build something incredible that can last for generations. The more eco aware part of me is sad that it has contributed to pollution, the automobile industry….but the innovation and technology are so helpful as well. Anyway… just wanted to share a fun fact about me, share how your ancestors may show up for you and encourage you to search into your own family history for guidance, lessons and wisdom on your path.
