New creations!! It feels AMAZING to be creating again. A lot of medicine went into these oils, salves and tinctures, gathered from intuition and life experience… available by request and I will have them with me at Ka’u Wellness Festival too. I am a bit eclectic when it comes to my practice and my creations are the same way. These are made with body, mind and spirit considered and harmonize on all levels and they are subtle and potent medicine at the same time. Reach out for more info 💗

The oil is made with rejuvenation and rebirth as its backbone, it’s wonderful for the skin and protection for your spirit. Meant for those who are ready to rise from the storm that took their youth, joy and zest for life from them, great as a topical medicine and ritual oil, it has some oomph to it! The salve is created with “mending the broken bits” in mind, great for soothing your cracked skin, scar healing and deep replenishment and nourishment of your skin.

Kava root- relaxation and anxiety relief, pain relief
Mullein root (out of stock-more ready in 6 weeks)
Mullein Leaf- fantastic for those with chronic cough or COPD, expectorant and wonderful for the lungs

Been getting creative again lately 🥰 the rain helps! Today I made 3 different kinds of vanilla extract 😋 looking forward to trying these in 6-12 months! What are some of your favorite ways to use homemade vanilla extract? Super looking forward to trying the orange 🍊 liqueur 🥰
