Club Rehab is Hiring for a Patient Care Specialist

As the first face patients see when they walk through our doors, you’ll be the heart of our front office. We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and welcoming smile
Check in patients and manage appointment schedules
Verify patient insurance and collect copayments
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Assist with general receptionist and administrative duties
Support the clinical staff in delivering excellent patient care
Ideal Candidate:
Friendly, positive attitude and enjoys interacting with people
Computer literate, comfortable learning new software systems
Efficient and detail-oriented
Able to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Flexible availability, including some early mornings (6:30a)
