We are thrilled to announce two amazing workshops with Noah Giltner coming up this weekend!

Saturday, 2/22 from 3-5pm — Noah will be guiding us through Yoga For Arthritis using some effective techniques to reduce pain and increase flexibility and circulation.

Sunday, 2/23 from 2 - 4 pm — join Noah for Yoga for Beginners. This will focus on proper alignment in standing poses so you can feel confident and stable during your practice.

If you haven’t taken one of Noah’s classes yet, this is a great opportunity to learn from him! He is a wealth of knowledge and we are excited to have him honing in on these special topics. Sign up on our website or through the app 📝
