You didn’t think we were skipping the challenge this year, did you?!
We decided to push it back this year to let January be a more thoughtful, restful reset after the holidays. But now, it’s time to get things moving.
For the entire month of February, all Yoga Nest practitioners are invited to join our annual Yoga Challenge. We have boards hung up at each studio for you to sign up and track every class you take throughout the month. You can join at any time!
While the goal of the challenge is to practice every day in February, it’s also an invitation to gently step outside your comfort zone. Try a new class or instructor, show up on the days you might normally hit snooze, and notice how choosing one supportive habit can begin to ripple into other areas of your life.
Daily practice has a way of quietly shifting things — how you move through your day, how you care for yourself, how you show up on and off the mat. Over time, those small, consistent choices can add up to meaningful change in your body, mind, and spirit.
Every student who practices all 28 days of February will receive a prize, and the student who takes the most classes throughout the month will win our grand prize.
We’ll close out the challenge with a celebration at the end of the month, open to all students and instructors. We’re so excited to practice alongside you.
